Jennifer Strahan MS, MBB, FACHE

Jennifer has partnered with over 100 health systems and businesses to help them transform their operations. Jennifer has served as the Executive Director of Lean Six Sigma at WellStar Health System in Atlanta, as well as lead consulting positions with Vizient Mid-South and the Advisory Board Company. Jennifer received her Master’s in Health Care Leadership from Dartmouth College and her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from The Ohio State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate with University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Dan Moen, MHA

Dan was the President and CEO of Heywood Hospital (Gardner, MA) for 21 years, the President and CEO of Sisters of Providence (Springfield, MA) for 5 years, and then served concurrently as the Executive Vice President and COO of Trinity Health New England (Hartford, CT) and the interim President and CEO of St. Mary’s Medical Center (Langhorne, PA). Dan lead a remarkable strategy deployment and operational transformation turnaround at Sisters of Providence in collaboration with Ben. This experience led him to join the SOAR Vision Group in order to extend his considerable know-how to other executive leaders wanting to achieve similar success.
Donovan (Don) Kendrick, MD

Don is a Neurosurgeon and a Chief Medical Officer. Don provided the physician leadership for a guided strategy deployment engagement in collaboration with Ben at a three-hospital healthcare system, and is passionate about the benefits for patients and physicians.
Judy Paull, DNP, ARNP-BC, NEA-BC
Advisor, Nursing Integration & Change Management
Judy is a doctorally prepared, seasoned healthcare executive with over 40 years of nursing experience throughout the United States in very large academic settings to smaller community based systems, both not-for-profit and investor owned environments. Judy is competent with acute care delivery as well as clinic based operations and direct care venues. Judy spearheaded a guided strategy deployment in collaboration with Ben at a 700+ bed hospital where she served as the CNE, and experienced firsthand the benefits of the strategy deployment approach. She is also an experienced educator and public speaker with expertise with regulatory readiness and care compliance. A published author, Judy is a licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Mary Agostini, MBB

Mary is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Mary has worked across multiple industries specializing in the last ten years in healthcare helping hospitals transform their operations via strategy deployment education and guided strategy deployment engagements. Working collaboratively with Ben and Perry, Mary has successfully facilitated several organization-wide healthcare system strategy deployments.

Randy received his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Administration from Kettering University, and his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Manufacturing Operations from the George Group. Randy was the Quality Manager for the Industrial Insulation Group, a Johns Manville, Berkshire Hathaway Company, and has worked with many other organizations across business verticals to help them transform their operations.
Perry Russoniello, BSN

Perry served as the SVP of both Product Management, and International Business Development for Care Logistics, and also as a Vice President of Labor and Productivity Software Development at McKesson corporation. He is a critical care trained nurse with 25+ years of clinical, leadership, and management experience and an excellent record of accomplishment. Perry brings deep clinical and operational experience, enthusiasm, and practical business acumen to his Product Management role.
Chief Financial Officer
Shane has 20 years of strategic tax and financial planning experience. He helps business leaders maximize shareholder value through the implementation of sound tax and finance strategies with a focus on cash flow management. Shane began his career in the public accounting sector with KPMG in Birmingham, AL. He has also held executive level roles in tax, accounting, and finance with ITC, DeltaCom, Knology, and Johnston Industries. He has a Master’s of Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Auburn University.
